Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges. Cancellations for orders already placed are at Gigsy's discretion. However, you can always contact us at hello@getgigsy.com with any questions or concerns related to your order.
Damages and issues

Issues with Delivery
We strongly encourage you ensure somebody is at the address provided for the delivery date and time selected to receive the order. We are not responsible for any refunds or makeup orders if somebody is not there or able to receive it.
