You can place an order directly through our website — it’s designed to be simple, flexible and convenient!

We sell all of our balloons individually, so you can add exactly what you’d like to your cart and create your own custom combination. At checkout, you’ll have the option to include assembly instructions — for example, if you’d like your balloons tied together in a bouquet, tied individually to a weight, or left loose in the bag.

All balloons arrive fully inflated with helium and tied with string (approximately 7 feet long). If you’d like any adjustments — such as different string colors or lengths — feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

At checkout, you can choose local delivery or pickup, and select your preferred date and time window from the calendar. If you don’t see a specific time you need, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If your order needs to arrive by a specific time, please include this in the “Order Notes” section at checkout (not the delivery notes, which are only visible to the driver).

For local delivery orders, once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive a text message with tracking information if you’ve included your phone number at checkout.

For pickup orders, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Yes! Gigsy offers same-day balloon delivery in NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City. We charge a flat $30 local delivery fee.

We deliver across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens, including neighborhoods like Tribeca, Upper East Side, West Village, Williamsburg, and Brooklyn Heights.

It depends on your budget and the size of the space, but a typical balloon bouquet includes anywhere from 6–20 latex balloons.

The most common (and balanced) option is around 10–13 latex balloons, which creates a full, polished look without feeling overwhelming.

If you’re including larger foil (mylar) balloons, we recommend substituting those in for some of the latex balloons, as they take up more visual space and create a strong focal point.

If you’re unsure what to choose, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help you build the perfect bouquet.

We always do our best to accommodate timing requests and will prioritize them whenever possible. That said, because we use third-party delivery partners, we’re not able to guarantee exact delivery times — but we will absolutely try our best to meet your requested timing.

We also highly recommend emailing us at hello@getgigsy.com after placing your order to confirm we received your request and can accommodate the timing.

Yes! At checkout, you can select "local delivery", and then enter your zip code to confirm it's within our delivery radius. You will then see a calendar where you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot.

We partner with trusted third-party delivery services, primarily Uber Courier, to ensure fast and reliable delivery across NYC. This allows us to offer flexible, same-day delivery windows throughout the city.

We strongly suggest you pre-arrange for someone to be present to receive the balloons when they arrive. Our delivery partners will do their best to complete the delivery safely. If no one is available, they may leave the balloons in a secure location or attempt to contact the recipient. If they are unable to drop them off safely, they may return them to our store. We can try to arrange another delivery for an extra $30 delivery fee.

For larger orders or multiple balloon bouquets, your delivery may arrive in more than one vehicle to ensure everything is transported safely and in perfect condition. We always prioritize quality and presentation when coordinating deliveries.

Yes — all balloons arrive fully inflated with helium and are ready to enjoy immediately.

Yes! You can add a personalized gift note under the "Gift Note" section at checkout, which we’ll include with your delivery.

Yes — we offer full cancellations and refunds up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. The exception is if we custom order something for you, in which case we do not offer a refund on those products.

We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout. Please double-check all details before placing your order!

We always do our best to make every delivery seamless and on time. In rare cases, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, like weather or third-party delivery logistics. While we aim to deliver within your selected time window, we’re not able to guarantee it — but we’ll always do everything we can to get your order there as smoothly as possible.

The balloons are placed in a bag for transport, and the bag itself weighs them down. Once you take the balloons out of the bag, they should float normally.

Balloon weights are not included with your order.

We typically recommend one weight per bouquet or one weight per letter or number balloon, depending on how you’d like them styled.

Each weight can hold multiple balloons — approximately 12–15 latex balloons, or fewer if you’re using a mix of latex and foil balloons, as foil balloons tend to be larger and require more lift.

If you’re unsure how many weights you need, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help guide you based on your order and setup.

For best results, keep balloons indoors and away from extreme heat or cold, which can affect float time. Also, we recommend removing them from the bag as soon as you get them, as the bags can impact float time.

Yes — we work with offices, brands, and event planners for corporate events and larger orders.

Most foil balloons last several days indoors, and often longer depending on the environment.

We treat all of our latex balloons with hi-float, which is a treatment to extend the float time. Standard 11" latex balloons last for ~24 hours, while the larger sizes can last for several days.

We recommend taking the balloons out of the bag as soon as they arrive to extend float time and keeping them in a room-temperature environment avoiding extreme temperature and direct sunlight for best results.
